XUpload - I can't get this to work at all... what am I missing?

Hi people

I've been trying to get this to work for 2 days now and I don't seem to be doing anything right...

When I go to upload.cgi it gives me the error "Can't open flength at upload.cgi line 168."

I've followed all troubleshooting, but it seems as soon as I go to upload something it just takes me straight to the "Upload Complete" screen.

Any ideas?
