I've experienced the same thing a couple times. Basically, if you act 'suspiciously', like reloading the page, hitting the previous button, cancelling and then ordering again and etc... they don't accept your payment.

You need to contact their support (you get a contact form after your failed payment) and tell them that you're unable to make a payment and whether they can help you with it. After that, they'll send you a message and tell you to try again.
