when i try to open "install.cgi" i get internal server error , the permissions for the file set to 755 , any ideas ?

instead of screaming on forum, send email to [email protected] with ftp connection info - we will take a look what's the problem.
If you want us to install it for you, send mysql connection info as well (mysql hostname, database name, login and password).

I think it's one of my rights to request some help in your product forum am i right?, since the readme text file is very short with no detailed troubleshooting steps.
