XFileSharing Free - Install XFileSharing 1.2 Free - Problem

Hi, my problem of installation is:

I set chmod corectly to files (other files from cgi-bin folder working), in my logs i see this:

We already told you to try to execute script in ssh console and check for detailed error description. We have no other ideas for you.

i not understand, chmod 755, upload /binary.....
