XUpload - Max upload size

I need your help. I need to upload files up to 350mgs and I am unable to do that. I have determined its a filesize error.

Can someone please tell me how to change to allow this max file size.

I also need to find out how to find and change modsec2.conf


upload progress bar works for files ~2MB
no progress update for files ~300MB
tested on IE6, IE7, and FireFox
Running Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4

For XUpload Pro it's max_upload_size & max_upload_filesize settings in config.

But maybe mod_bwlimited can limit your uploads too.
