XFileSharing Pro - [SmartPoints mod] money not working

I have bough the smartpoint mod when I order the xfilescript so it is already include in my xfilescript, but it is not working it only count how many time download,
I config like this:

Tiers filesizes : 0|10|100

Tier1 Countries:US|CA|UK Money: $1.50|1.50|1.50 per 1000 downloads
Tier2 Countries:DE|FR|VN|AU|AT| Money: $0.50|0.50|0.50 per 1000 downloads
Tier3 Countries: OTHER Money: $0.03|0.03|0.03 per 1000 downloads


so all filesizes hav same price. but I don't know why the money still $0 when user have alot downloader, in the report it only show how many time download and money is $0

Check that you have GeoIP.dat in /cgi-bin/
That could be the reason, if you're using SmartPoints mod.
