XFileSharing Pro - NEED SUPPORT! URGENT!

Please help. i accidently replaced my index.cgi on my filehost with a fresh one! now my site is giving error

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Can you please tell me what to do? or correct it for me? i dont want to loose my users or files..

i have sent message to support but not received a reply till now. am willing to pay for the support. if anyone can help me, please reply here

this is what i get in my error log

i just changed the permission and looks like its working again.

oh man.. am so stupid.. hope there is no problem!
