XUpload - Newbie problem

I have installed according your instructions, but when attempting to upload, the pop up shows the script rather than running it. I know this is probably a simple error or my misconfiguring. But I just want to demonstrate the free version to my satisfaction before purchasing the full version.

Your server should be setted up to run .cgi scripts. Also make sure you've chmoded .cgi scripts to 755. Now it looks server interpret it like text file.
