Payment Received

Someone signed up for the premium account and paid for it. However, premium account days were not added to their account and it had to be added manually. Please let me know why this happened and how I can fix this.

Also, after I made an affiliate payout, there was no records of me paying them left under the payments heading in the admin section. What's up with that?

Make sure, that if your user ID's are large (for example 1000500) for whatever reason. the user ID field in the transactions table in sql is big enough...

I am confused... How large must they be and why should this make the problem. And how would I even make sure that they are large.

There has to be an issue with paypal making changes as others are reporting this problem as well. See http://www.sibsoft.net/forum/post12731.html

I have contacted support and informed them of the problem so hopefully there will be a fix for it soon.
