Have you tried looking in the server error log? That might help give a clue as to what is going wrong.

It's my own server, so I can configure it any way I like. I googled for the error message and it appears to have something to do with HTML pages POSTing to CGI.

I'm having the same problem, and am using a linux server.

Have a look in the uploads folder to see if the files are there.
Also have a look in db.txt and log.txt

It appears to work OK except that... - There is no link on the confirmation page to the uploaded file. - db.txt is empty. - The upload folder is empty. - The log file claims that the upload was successful.
