XUpload - possible to add an other Description field

Hi there first off, great script got it running.

I have a question if i can add a second Description field, right now there is only one. I would need it like this,

please let me know if that is possible.

It is possible, but not too easy and will take some time to implement, not a quick hack. If you need this feature, make a request for custom version, I think this will cost you a little.

If someone would like to know how to add a second input field I can PM a solution or post it here if PilgrimX182 lets me... It's not that complicated
