Import not working

#1 Postby George » May 07, 2007 4:20 pm

I am attempting to import new contacts from a csv file, and it does not work.

If I cut and paste the email addresses that works.

So I then Export that, and cut and paste the names into that csv file, and still no go.

I am running on a MAC osx 10.4.8 and Firefox 2.0.

ANY IDEAS?

Thanks
George

Hello,

could you please email us your csv which is not working. I guess, something wrong with file format.

Thanks

George,

If you have already done this step, sorry for the basic tip, but it's easy to miss the easy stuff sometimes..

Do you have a header with the same field names in the same import order? - It should match up with the signup form order..

Have you had a chance to look at the csv file I emailed yesterday?

Thanks
