XFileSharing Pro - Image hosting

For a new site I just want to host images. Can this be done with the image add-on, but pay each time a image is clicked?

Will this work without the image mod? Or will it not show images without it?

I haven't seen any with the paid feature. I like the xfilesharing pro script and all the features. If you know of any others, feel free to pm me them. Must have the option to pay-per-view though
