XFileSharing Pro - Downloads not counting

Hi,

After we moved to new servers all files that been uploaded after the transfer show download count of 0, any idea what could be the problem?

I have the same problem only with files located on the new file server (server2). Files from main server count is corect. What to do?

It seems that downloads are counted only for unique IP address or user. If i download a file from a IP address that file is counted 1, but if a download again from the same IP address the file is not counted anymore. If i download the same file from a different IP address or different user the file is counted .
So this is correct than?
1 x download for unique IP or user?
If i download from the same IP address the file is not counted anymore.
