When my premium account memebers reach 1000 downloads, the desired amount is not written on the user account. but I add $ 5 per 1000 downloads.
What's wrong?

your getting the worng idea of the payment settings
here is a example per 1000 downloads
uploader got 1 big file that get downloaded 1000 times
anonymous = 1$
registered = 2$
premium = 3$
if 1000 anonymous users download the uploader file then the uploader earned 1$
if 1000 premium members downloaded that file then the user got 3$
or to explain it more easy
it depends who it downloads , the settings are based for the users who downloads it and not for the uploader
