I just discovered with IIS that you should remove the confirm_email value in order to have the uploader do the redirect. Maybe no one else will be as dumb as me and won't make this dumb mistake, but I sure did

I think you had an error while sending email. Cause you have no sendmail on this path: '/usr/sbin/sendmail'.
