XFileSharing Pro - 500 Internal Server when installing

500 Internal Server when installing

When I call server.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi , it's saying 500 internal server error.

I set permission to 755 and .htaccess also correct.

Any idea about that error?

Version is 1.9.

When installing 1.8, it's ok.
