XFileSharing Pro - Premature end of script headers: upload_status.cgi

I see many postings on this topic but none of the solutions listed have worked.
- Permissions are correct
- Uploaded binary through sftp
- Recreated the file using Pico on the server

The script is running on a FreeBSD VPS v3 server. Any help will be appreciated.

Check what you have in apache error log - that may be helpful for you.
