XUpload - Error : When I press enter key getting blank screen error

I have purchased your paid plan. Whenever i press enter key in form filed, i got blank screen on form submission. Please help me

First of all, there’s nothing to do with your comment box, as when you hit enter on any form input element, form is being submitted – that’s correct behavior.

You’re having problems because of incorrect integration. You’ve removed “onsubmitâ€￾ event from the <form> element, so xupload “doesn’t knowâ€￾ that it should start tracking upload on form submission (which happens by "enter" hit as well). Instead you put it on “Order Nowâ€￾ button only.
