Hi, i try to install XFileSharing Pro, and when i run install.cgi i get this error on browser:

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: install.cgi

Yes, check your web server error log. Most likely thats suexec error.
