Script Mods Or Server Mods?

Are these mods script mods or are they installed on the server itself?

NGINX mod

100% complete download mod

FTP mod

These are mods & you will have to pay to sibsoft for these things

NGINX mod = $200 one time & then $50 for each file server.

100% complete download mod = $120 on first server & then $20 on each file server.

FTP mod = $300 for first server & $100 for each additional file server.
