Update server files/disk error

#1 Postby Arthur » Mar 02, 2012 10:43 pm

Everytime I click on update server files/disk button in the servers setting page I get an error after loading for a minutes or two. Seems to be from only one of the file servers. Anyone had this issue or know what the cause could be?

Error when requesting API.

raise the apache timeout value to 600 for main server and fileserver, that should work

I receive this error every time for:

- update server files / disk used

- anti-hack center

... and sometimes for Latest Downloads.

And it's not just that .. after I receive error from "update server files / disk used" on servers page I have on many servers used % more than is available, like 200% :))

Run file tp db consistancy check also fails, but without error.

What can it be the problem?

Check in SSH what is your disk usage in real.
Check your CPU usage in SSH
Check your Disk IO stats in SSH

Upgrade timeout limit in Apache.

I think your server overloaded.

I have 20+ server and average load in all server 300Mbits
I saw this problem only with one big storage and speed issue server in my system.
