I don´t have any anonym user, it is disabled, so each must registred there, but why I can not see the user-name on the page Latest Downloads, only the IP is allways there and sometimes are there user-names ! Why the rest is missing?
Does anyone have a answer about this ?

I see no one undestand again what I mean, its difficult yah. So let me ask on another way, how I can disable FREE DOWNLOAD only registered user or premium user should be able to download, then I think it will be written in the last download page all with user name.
