XFileSharing Pro - Paypal and merchant fees

Hi. Today I read about an interesting possibility of how to make the paypal fees a little bit lower. So on pp site is said that if you earn more than 3000$ per month than you can pretend on a special merchant fee. So if your standard commission per transaction is 3.4 then it can be lowered to 2.4% (for example).
Question: does anyone tried to use this possibility?

Some filehosts reported getting limited at once before complaints even had a chance to fall.
