Why was disabled control of Remote URL upload in version 2.0

Now we cannot prevent visitors from use remote upload

You can set this directly in Xfileconfig.pm for anon,reg and premium user kust write 1 in that field if you will have remote upload.

This does not work, upload_form.html template has been modified in this version and was remove the parameters necessary to disable

Hi it works how long you not make any others settings in admin, so the Xfileconfig.pm still the same.
