XFileSharing Pro - How to balance servers

Hi,

I have total 6 servers.
but when i make all server in On Mode then i see its upload in any one of them so that server get hang.

So i want to know how xfilesharing work with server if all server will be in on status.

I was thought if i will make all server in ON mode then it will work like

If 1st user upload file it will go to 1st server
then again in 2nd server
then again in 3rd
mean every time it will change server.


But i dont think its working like that.

Please tell me how its works
