XFileSharing Pro - give no profit settings

[celebrulwm]

Give no profit when IP match file uploader IP
Give no profit when usr_id match file uploader usr_id

explain to me because I do not understand.

[stdio]

It means the script will not give a profit when:

1) IP of the user that uploaded is the same as the downloader's IP
2) Uploader User ID (testuser) is the same as the downloader user ID (testuser)

Basically the script won't give any profits to users who download their own files.
