Upload file size limit

Hi,
I am thinking to use this on our website. (shared hosting service.)

As my uncerstanding the file size limit restricted by admin settings or parl time out.
Our hosting company set the parl time out for 5min.
Is there any other riestriction for the upload size?

Shared hostings can limit your upload size and perl script timeouts.

There is filesize limit setting in XFileSharing config too.

One more question.
Would it be possible to show Advanced option and put our company's email address as dedault?
