Disk Addition, Uploads OK but no Download occurs.

Hi to All member and admins,

can anybody help me on this issue.

we added 2 x 2TB disks to our server yesterday for more space of uploaded files.

the files are uploading on each of the server without any issues but when download button is clicked, the file does not download, it shows an error page.

could please somebody help me on this at the earliest.

Check: if dowloads goes through :182 port, then you have NGINX mod and you need to contact us to install it on new server.
Create a ticket on our site anyway so we check your server and fix. Specify ssh root access to the server.
