XFileSharing Pro - Same fileserver for mulitple instances

I have installed XFilesharing Pro in one of my servers. I got many File Servers and added them to XFileSharingPro instance. Now everything is working fine.

I am planning to change the design, so that for a development interface, I have installed the same in a different path in same domain.

So my question is can I add a file server to this instance which is already added to Live Server?
