i putted some ads but i didn't see any of them tell me where to add them exactly

anywhere you desire sir...
if you put it in "<TMPL_IF ads>...</TMPL_IF>"
you probably don't see your ads most likely because you disabled ads to be displayed for your account type.
For example: you're logged in as admin with 10years premium status, you disabled ads to be shown for premium users. You can simple logout or enable ads to be shown for your user type.
