XFileSharing Pro - How to track Refunds - Users?

Is there a way to track a user's account after they made a refund thru paypal? I want to make sure their account is no longer premium.

I checked in IPN Logs but I don't see user id info.

Any help is appreciated.

You can see on IPN log, try search Refunders paypal email.

I see the refunder's email address but it wasn't the one they used to register. Is there any other way I can find their user name?

nvm i found a way, just go into the database ipn_log and get the user_id from there u can find the user in user table
