XFileSharing Pro - Custom disable downloads page for countries

Hi,
anybody know how to make custom disable download page for countries ?
ex: if i disable download for chinese, error page will show 403 Forbidden page or any message i want.

There's "IP Ban" in the site settings if you want to ban specific IP.
