XFileSharing Free - Error install -help please

Hi!

Ive installed right the instructions but dont work.

1st Error:
I go to: http://www.mydomain.com/downloads/admin
It redirect me to my main site: http://www.mydomain.com/?act=admin
I see my main website, not the file sharing script...

2nd:
I go to: http://www.mydomain.com/downloads
I see the Xfile Sharing main site but when i choose a file and click Start Upload!, nothing happens =(

How could i fix it, please???
