On user register activation link is not sent.

When a user registers there is no activation email being sent. The script has been just installed, may be something needs to be configured.

How to fix this?

do u have Postfix Mail Server in Server?

Do u have any control panel in your server? Cpanel, Direct Admin, Kloxo, Webmin?

sorry for bumping old topic but it's not answered. I have same problem with mail. Am using google apps mail as my mail solution. My MX records in DNS setting are configured good because I can send and receive mails without any problems. But when I try to register new user for testing purpose there's no response from xfilesharing pro script. Confirmation mail not coming.
Same with contact form.
Any idea what is goin on?

Your server need a mail server for sending mails. MX config cant change this status.
