Download limit for premium users Help

Where can i set download limit for premium user?

Let say all premium user can only download 25GB per day. Where can i set that? and is there anyway you can find out user that has been sharing there login in? coz when i google my site some of the user has been sharing there premium access. Please help.

Max bandwidth last [1] days in premium box put 25000 Mbytes per IP
