no network will allow copyrighted content, they will ask you to remove the ads or content if they receive notices

I'm using a few networks right now but I don't like how they convert.
I have over 10k visitors per day an I make only about $20. Is that normal?

That's normal, don't expect a lot unless you have all us/uk traffic.

Ca anyone please recommend which cpm or pop up networks to use?

I'm using:
Adcash (banners)
RevenueHits (banners)
PropellerAds (pop-unders)

Always looking for better as the banners don't return anything significant.

pub-fit.com (mostly video ads)
pulsepoint(US traffic only)
I just apply to any network that I find, if they don't accept me I keep looking for others
