XFileSharing Pro - FTP. Where are files stored?

Where exactly are the files stored?

I want to download the whole content of a user.

When i go to FTP i go to

httpdocs/mywebsite/files/0/
httpdocs/mywebsite/files/1/
httpdocs/mywebsite/files/2/
httpdocs/mywebsite/files/3/

But those folders are empty.

Where exactly are all the files stored?
