When I was going to download,I got this error

My third problem is,

In admin settings, althought I installed GeOIP. Script says 'GeoIP.dat file not exist! "

1. make sure file permissions for 'files' folder are correct
2. check readme file on instructions on how to setup cronjob
3. make sure the GeoIP.dat file is in cgi-bin folder
