XFileSharing Pro - Child Processes Killing server

Has anyone recently having a issue where the webserver crashes because its not closing child processes?

This started about 3 days ago I haven't made any changes at all and now it crashes because these processes do not close and then crash the server.

Error log says cgi script times out.


Any advice?
