XFileSharing Pro - can't multi download :( need help

can't multi download :( need help

My clients often complain about the error "can not load multiple files at one time" we get error "503 1.1" I'm having any problems ?, you can solve any direction for me.

your using the desktop uploader correct. If so you wont get support here. The best way is to contact them once and wait. They will get back to you on Mondays-fridays

Seems you're using nginx mod. By default, number of simultaneous download threads are limited to 2 for anonymous and regular users, 10 for premium. If you want to allow more (and overload your HDDs), you can adjust that in nginx.conf).
