Simply put, where is it?! i have looked in htdocs, not there. cgi-bin/templates, nope.

Any help would be great as i have looked for this for 2 days!

well, there's no such template exists.
You may want to check comparison.html.

Found in download1.html:

thats where i saw premium.html and i couldn't find it.
