Hello,
Recently I noticed that guests get Internal Server error when then click on the generate link button.
Everything is ok for logged in members.
Would you please tell me how to solve this issue ?
Thank you

Thank you for your reply.
You mean User limits ?
They are allowed to download files but when I press save button in settings it gives me this error :
1 servers failed to update.
Any ideas ?
I have had this issue for a long time but guests have been able to download files with no problem but recently when we changed our server we faced this issue.
Your help is really appreciated.

Re: Internal Server Error for Guests
I had this issue for premium users rather than members or anon.PersianShare wrote:Hello,

I fixed it by making sure "a2enmod dir" was enabled.
Check your apache error logs, mine was telling me that "DirectoryIndex" was mispelled or couldn't be found.
I hope that helps
