Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.4?

hello everyone,

I have run the 2.0 pro for 2 years,and now I renew the subscribtion again,but I only got the upgrade_23_24.cgi file.How can I upgrade from 2.0 to 2.4 directly?

I think you need to submit ticket to support.
