XFileSharing Free - MySQL Error - Can't connect to DB with current settings

Hi I am trying to install this script and I get this error on /cgi-bin/install.cgi
"Can't connect to DB with current settings". It shows as soon as I load the install.cgi page before I even input any data, all permissions are checked as OK (I had to manually create "uploads" and "temp" folders if that means anything)
