"Can not play the video" Problem

Hi!
I recently reencoded pretty much all of my videos and now I'm facing this issue with several videos so far.
When I try to play the video I get this error: (Can not play the video. There was a problem trying to load the video.Error code: html5_video:4)

This is only happening to some videos but all the rest are working fine.
I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me fix this problem.
