check cgi-bin/logs/index.log for the Error ID: rLalOdgQl5Ibivd7 to see what it says.

The error logs said it was not able to access the following directory:

/public_html/cgi-bin/Plugins/Leech/

I went to the /public_html/cgi-bin/Plugins/ folder and the Leech folder was not there.

I created a leech folder and it fixed the problem.

When i uploaded the zip file and extracted it for some reason it didn't copy the leech folder. Maybe because the leech folder is empty?

I dont know... but i created the folder and now everything is working

problem solved! thank you for the help
