XUpload - ERROR: You are not allowed to upload files

Please help!!

I have upgraded from Xupload Pro 2.2 to 2.3

However, I now keep receiving the message "ERROR: You are not allowed to upload files" whenever I try to test it out.

The basic version and 2.2 worked fine (upgraded to get Safari to work properly). I'm running XP and Internet Explorer6.

It's easy - IP filter don't let you upload.
Set 'ip_allowed' to empty in XUploadConfig.pm
