Free XUpload not working over WinXP

Hi to everybody,

I have tried to install Free XUpload on a WinXP, and it doesn't seem to work: I've tried all the changes suggested in this board, but still I can't make it work.
The Web Server I used is NetworkActiv Web Server: http://www.networkactiv.com/WebServer.html

Any help would be much appreciated!

Umm... if you open the INSTALL file, read the top lines.
XUpload script installation (version 2.5 26-Jan-2006)
NOTE: this script will not work properly on Windows servers!

Yes. Free version have problems on Windows. Pro version was tuned to work on both Windows & Linux servers.

Is it a small bug, or did they used totally different idea in PRO version?
I would like to have free version of the script working locally on my PC...
Does it support other OSs, like Vista, Win2k?
If it is free version then it should work perfect on all operating systems, and limitations should be only in number of functions comparing to PRO version...
