XUpload - Please help me!!

Please help me!!

hello everyone! im new here..
So, when i try to upload a file it show me a pop-up window and show me:
"500 Internal Server Error"
why is it happening? i have edited everything :(
please please help meee!!

Looks like it may be your file permissions, check to see if you have chmodded the files in the cgi-bin directory to the correct permissions.
Also upload all cgi files in binary if you uploading through ftp. Hope this helps untill official help is recieved.

ok...
what do you mean when saying "upload in binary if usin FTP.."
how can i do that? can you explain me? im using flashfxp..
